7fff Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules for Pakistan

1. General Terms

7fff is an online gaming and sports betting platform. These Terms govern all use of the 7fff website, mobile app and any associated services. They apply to all registered players and to any person accessing any part of the platform.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming page, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 7fff.

7fff reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

All transactions on the 7fff platform are conducted in PKR. No currency conversion charges are applied by 7fff on standard deposits and withdrawals made through supported local payment methods.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To open and use a 7fff account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. The 7fff platform is strictly for adults. Anyone found to be under 18 will have their account immediately closed and any funds returned to the depositing payment method after verification.
• You must be the named account holder of the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals.
• You must not be excluded from any gambling platform or have an active self-exclusion in place.
• You must be registering as an individual, not on behalf of a company or third party.
• You must provide accurate, truthful information during registration. Providing false details — including a false date of birth — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

7fff may request identity verification documents at any point. This is a standard procedure and is required before any withdrawal is processed. Acceptable documents typically include a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or equivalent official identification. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until the verification is completed.

3. Your Account

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on the 7fff platform. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts associated with the same individual will be suspended. Winnings accumulated on duplicate accounts are not eligible for withdrawal and may be forfeited. If you believe an error has been made, contact 7fff support via live chat.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — confidential. Do not share your account details with anyone. 7fff will never ask for your password by email, chat or any other channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately and change your password.

Account Currency

All 7fff accounts are denominated in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). Balances, bets, winnings and bonus amounts are all displayed and settled in PKR. This applies to all payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfer.

Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login, deposit or betting activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 7fff may apply an administrative fee to inactive account balances after this period, as notified to the account holder. You will be contacted at the email address registered to your account before any fee is applied.

4. Deposits

7fff supports the following deposit methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. All deposits are processed in PKR.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit within your account.
• Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your 7fff account within a few minutes of confirmation.
• Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing times.
• 7fff does not charge a deposit fee. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits can only be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

If a deposit does not appear in your 7fff account balance within a reasonable time, do not attempt the deposit again immediately. Contact support with your transaction reference number and the deposit will be investigated and credited manually if confirmed.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed with the support team. This is a standard security measure to prevent funds being redirected to unauthorised accounts.

• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval.
• Raast transfers are generally near-instant once approved.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is shown within your account at the time of the request.
• Withdrawals will only be processed after identity verification has been completed. This is a one-time process and does not apply to every withdrawal after the first approval.
• 7fff reserves the right to request additional verification for large withdrawals or if unusual activity is detected on the account.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the 7fff payments team before being sent to the payment provider. Most requests are approved within a few hours during business hours. If your withdrawal is taking longer than expected, contact support with your request reference number.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

7fff offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free spins on selected slot games and cricket/PSL betting promotions during major tournament seasons.

Claiming a Bonus

Bonuses must be claimed within the period specified in the individual promotion. Where a bonus code is required, it must be entered at the time of deposit — bonuses cannot be applied retroactively. Each bonus is available to be claimed once per player unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses at 7fff are subject to wagering requirements, which specify how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly on each promotion page before you claim it. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you must place a total of PKR 10,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds.

• Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate. This is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bets placed using bonus funds that are returned as a void or cancelled do not count towards wagering.
• Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated timeframe.
• Maximum bet limits apply when a bonus is active. Placing bets above the specified maximum while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.

Bonus Abuse

Systematic exploitation of bonus offers — including collusion, use of multiple accounts, placing low-risk bets designed specifically to convert bonuses without genuine play risk — is not permitted. 7fff monitors for bonus abuse patterns. Where abuse is identified, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

7. Casino Games

All casino games available on the 7fff platform — including slots, table games, video poker and crash games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. This means game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by 7fff or by the player.

Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available within each game's information section. RTP represents the theoretical long-term percentage of wagered amounts returned to players as winnings and is calculated over millions of game rounds — it is not a guarantee for any individual session.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection or technical fault that affects the outcome of a round, the round will be considered void and any stake placed will be returned to the player's balance. 7fff is not liable for losses caused by third-party technical issues outside the platform's direct control.

8. Sports Betting

7fff's sports betting section covers cricket extensively, including Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 Internationals, bilateral series, domestic tournaments and other international cricket competitions. Football and esports betting markets are also available.

Bet Placement & Settlement

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked in regardless of subsequent market movements.
• 7fff reserves the right to void bets placed in error, including bets placed at clearly incorrect odds due to a technical or human error.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the current market being available and active. 7fff may suspend in-play markets at any time during an event.
• Results are settled based on official match or tournament results as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB for domestic cricket, ICC for international cricket). Third-party statistical providers are used for real-time data.
• If a match is abandoned, postponed or not completed within the specified timeframe, bets will be settled according to the individual market rules applicable to that event type.

Maximum Winnings

Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placement. Any winnings above the stated maximum for a single bet or event will be capped at the maximum payout amount.

9. Responsible Gaming

7fff is committed to providing a gaming environment that is enjoyable and within the control of the player. We provide the following tools to help players manage their activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a time limit after which a notification will appear reminding you how long you have been playing.
• Self-Exclusion: If you feel you need a break from gaming, self-exclusion options are available from your account settings. Short-term cooling-off periods and longer-term exclusions are both available.

The 7fff platform is strictly for players aged 18 and above. Age verification is part of the account process. If at any point we have reason to believe an account is being used by someone under 18, that account will be suspended immediately pending investigation.

10. Security & Fraud Prevention

7fff uses industry-standard encryption to protect player account data and financial information in transit and at rest. However, you also have a responsibility to maintain the security of your account.

• Do not share your password or login credentials with anyone.
• Use a strong, unique password for your 7fff account.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Report any suspicious activity on your account to 7fff support immediately.

Any attempt to defraud 7fff — including but not limited to chargeback fraud, payment reversal abuse, collusion between players, use of automated betting software or bots, and exploitation of software errors — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances. 7fff reserves the right to pursue recovery of funds lost through fraudulent activity.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

7fff reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where there is reasonable evidence of:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Provision of false or misleading registration information
• Fraudulent activity, including chargebacks or payment reversal attempts
• Multi-accounting (holding more than one account)
• Bonus abuse or systematic exploitation of promotions
• Use of automated software, bots or other unfair technical advantages
• Account use by a player under 18 years of age

Where an account is suspended or closed for a breach, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances that cannot be linked to fraudulent activity will be returned to the player's verified payment method following investigation.

If you believe your account has been suspended in error, contact the 7fff support team via live chat. Your case will be reviewed and you will receive a response within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method once all pending transactions are resolved.

12. Limitation of Liability

7fff provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work to maintain a reliable and uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free or free from interruptions caused by maintenance, third-party outages or other factors beyond our direct control.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 7fff's liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's account at the time of the claim. 7fff is not liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses.

You use the 7fff platform at your own risk. Gambling carries the inherent risk of financial loss. Do not bet more than you can afford to lose.

13. Changes to These Terms

7fff may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, we will notify registered players by email to the address held on the account. Your continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you disagree with any updated Terms, your option is to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.
